A New Book?

Perhaps you have a book voucher your received at Christmas Perhaps you want a change from the genre you have been reading. Perhaps you are looking for a new author,

Books are so personal that it is difficult to recommend a book or at least I think so. However I am going to recommend a book today:

“Learning to Love Lucy “ by Kerry Manning.

It is a modern novel set in Ireland however it actually could be set anywhere. The main character grows and by the end I wanted ot know more about her and about the other characters I met in the book.

It is rare to find a novel and a debut novel where I am eagerly awaiting the second in the series. I only hope that this author does not stop at two book in this series

This book kept be glued to my kindle while waiting to have a procedure done in hospital recently. My blood pressure didn’t rise which was a first..
