Bliss

I do like a live concert. There is something magical to hear and see music coming together, bringing the audience and artists together.

Recently I learnt of a concert coming up in October. I was tempted by the concert on a few fronts. Firstly, it would be featuring someone whose blog I have followed for a number of years. Secondly, It is to be held in the National Concert Hall a venue I really like. Thirdly it would incorporate choral, traditional, blue grass among other genres. I was hooked.

Here is the blurb from the NCH website

Visionaries & Friends

An Evening of Vision and Voice

Join us for a powerful and uplifting concert at the National Concert Hall, celebrating the talents of visually impaired and sighted musicians coming together on one stage.

Featuring the Visionaries Choir alongside artists from the legendary Neary’s Sessions programme, this unique event blends choral harmonies, traditional Irish tunes, bluegrass rhythms, and pop favourites into one unforgettable night.

A celebration of inclusion, creativity and community — prepare to be moved and inspired.
