Easter Scraps

Mug

This is the day I love whenI get to use the left overs from a special meal.

We celeberated Easter lunch with a friend, whose friendship goes back over 60 years. It was lovely preparing the meal with her tastes in mind.

Now it is scrappy pie for dinner. I always have pastry in the freezer which is thawing. The nondairy bechemel sauce ( seasoned with thyme parsley and paprika) will cover the left over turkey , bread stuffing, celery, peppers and carrot..

A simple dish that will round off the Easter celebrations.

Dessert is the last of the Christmas Pudding! Yes Christmas pudding we always have a Christmas pud kept for Easter.

Don’t forget to hop over and see some more srap happy bloggers
