Just A Few
It keeps on surprising me how a few simple exercises maintains various parts of my body functioning.
Between them all it probably takes just thirty minutes a day or with some every second day.
Theses exercises devised and shown to me by two physiotherapists mean that my neck no longer sticks…..I know not a medical term and other joints have become supple which I find just amazing.
Using the “Fifteen Minute Timer” allows me to complete the exercises twic in the day without feeling “I must” get them done. I don’t kow about you but if it is a case that I “must” do something somehow everything else becomes so much more important.
So to all those physiotherapists thank you.
