Joy

A stroll through a garden in the company of friends can be enough to refill the joy which may have dipped.

The smell of mown grass with the soft breeze rustling the early summer leaves can rejuvenate.

Sitting on a wooden bench sheltered by a 200 hundred year old wall, with the sun warming not only warming the skin but nourishing the soul, is a joy to be savoured.

Joy, a sense of well being.

Joy a treasured gift.

Joy something to be shared.
